Having worked with players including Pat Rafter, John Millman, Jason Kubler to name only a few. Graeme and Marc have over 50 years combined in helping tournament level players improve and achieve their tennis goals.

All our tennis programs and camps are directed by Graeme and Marc who share the LifeTime Tennis philosophy. On top of this we have what is regarded as Australia's leading coaching team with a number of internationally experienced coaches who are passionate about making a difference in players games.

SKILL DEVELOPMENT

Every camp session will commence with: Dynamic Warm up and skill development Fundamental focus on volleys & ground strokes Developing footwork and perception skills

TACTICAL DRILLING & PLAY

Improve all aspects of your game including tactically. Learn to identify opponent’s strengths and weaknesses. Develop an understanding of your game style.

High intensity on court drilling, ball fed drills and serve and return drilling.

TECHNICAL

Let our coaching team keep an eye on your stroke development.While our camps are primarily tactical drilling in competitive situations our team of experienced coaches will ensure that you get the best technical advise to perform at your best.

COMPETITION

To bring it all together LifeTime Tennis will be offering a number of UTR Tournaments. Tournaments with a real intent of delivering players with lots of tough matches.

Get a guaranteed number of matches (Round Robin) with players of a similar level to yourself.

The clinic will be split into 3 main parts with 75 mins dedicated to each component:

Tactical & Technical On Court Drilling
Open Court Tactics and Point Play / Construction
Strength, Speed and Conditioning + Workshop

Intensive Pro Tennis camps give players an opportunity to:

Build a strong athletic base
Have technical feedback from qualified coaches
Develop tactics and strategy with coaches as they compete
Learn to construct points and understand their own games better

Criteria: Must have a UTR of 4+ for girls and 5+ for boys and have played 4 tournaments in the past 6 months.

Who is this camp for?

The camp is aimed at players who are serious about improving their tennis. If you are:

Wanting to improve your state or national ranking
Want an intensive tennis experience that works on all aspects of the game
Looking for the best and most experienced coaching team
Have a current UTR of 4+ for girls and 5+ for boys or for international players equivalent to.

This is the PERFECT camp for YOU!

Don't forget to pack:

Sunscreen and Aero guard for ultimate protection from the sun.
A tennis/sports towel to stay fresh and dry during your activities.
A hat and a water bottle to stay cool and hydrated.
Bring along a small snack or some money for the canteen to keep your energy levels up.

Remember, being prepared is the key to a successful and enjoyable camp experience!

Camp will kick off at 7:30 a.m sharp, we ask that players arrive at least 5 mins prior to allow rolls to be marked off and groupings for classes.

What is if rains?
We will SMS on the morning of the camp if rain occurs. As we have a number of off court activities including fitness, sports psychology and tennis workshops we can often continue the camp if rain is not set in.

If it is set in rain we will either offer a refund or a make up camp day as replacement.
